GENERAL INFO
There is no better way to fully experience the thrill of this sport than by participating in a ninja competition! The typical ninja competition format consists of a "course run," which requires ninjas to complete multiple obstacles designed to test various skills within a given time limit. Just like you may have seen on the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior!
Competition options at The Grit Ninja include participation in nationally recognized leagues and less formal in-house competitions. All Grit Ninjas are encouraged to engage in competition - specific rules, formats and competition styles are available to suit competitors of all ages and levels!
COMPETITIONS
World Ninja League (WNL)
In-house competitions are run in a low pressure environment and are a great way to either get started in the competitive world or practice for higher pressure league competitions. More information on these events will be communicated throughout the year!
The WNL is the world's leading obstacle course organization, with a mission to grow ninja into a properly regulated sport from the recreational to the professional level. WNL competitions are hosted nationwide (and internationally), with competition options available for beginner and experienced competitors. More league-specific information can be found on the WNL's website.
