ninja basics

This class is the first stop for new ninjas. Geared for kids ages 3-8, we use mini-courses and games to introduce the sport in an approachable, fun atmosphere.

ninja fundamentals

In our Fundamentals class, your ninjas are now ready to learn obstacle technique from our expert coaches. Using our progressively designed curriculum, ninjas will build skills and strength in a supportive environment. This level is available for kids ages 5-12.

developmental team

On the Developmental Team, athletes continue to use our curriculum to develop obstacle technique, body awareness and strength. But now, they are also encouraged to compete! There are obstacle-based competitions local to each of our gyms, and our coaches will help you find ways to get involved. These classes are suited for athletes ages 6-14, and a coach will evaluate your child during their Fundamentals class to determine if they are ready to progress to this level.

advanced team

This class, for ages 6-14, now offers higher level obstacle specific training. These classes incorporate competition strategy and course runs, meant to prepare ninjas for higher levels of competition. Many of these athletes compete locally, regionally and even nationally. Your child's coach will be able to determine if they are ready for the Advanced Team.

elite team

This invite-only program uses current competition trends to tailor or highest  level of training to elite-level ninjas. Obstacle technique, strength training and conditioning led by our most experienced coaches are all part of this experience, tailored for ages 6-14.
