Our range of programs are perfect for recreational/competitive ninjas, obstacle course racers and fitness enthusiasts looking to change up their routine! 


Obstacle Course Training

This class is geared towards our Obstacle Course Racing athletes!  90 minute sessions include 60 minutes of obstacle training (geared towards Spartan Race,  Savage Race, Tough Mudder and OCRWC) following by 30 minutes to play on our other ninja obstacles.  All levels are welcome to this highly scalable workout that will include running (a "no running" option will also be available), obstacle practice and fitness movements inspired by Deka, HYROX and CrossFit.  Must be 15 or older.  

Intro To Ninja/Open Gym

Train on all your favorite ninja obstacles!  New obstacles and set-ups will be regularly available on the gym floor, with experienced coaches to provide instruction and safety.  Whether you are training towards an upcoming competition, switching up your fitness routine, or want a fun night out with your group, we know you'll get a great work-out in our fun and social environment.  Sessions are drop-in.  Must be 15 or older (exceptions made for experienced younger ninjas on a case-by-case basis). 

Team Grit
