Classes run from Tuesday, September 7, 2020 through Friday, June 25, 2021

Classes are held everyday, except for the following scheduled dates:

  • Monday, September 7th (Labor Day)

  • Thursday, November 26th (Thanksgiving)

  • Thursday, December 24th (Christmas Eve)

  • Friday, December 25th (Christmas Day)

  • Thursday, December 31st (New Years Eve)

  • Friday, January 1st (New Years Day) 

  • Future dates, if any, to be announced.


We have transitioned to a monthly membership/payment model.  Once you are registered for class, you will be automatically re-enrolled for class on a monthly basis.  Payments will be charged to the credit card on file on the 15th of each month, and applied towards the upcoming month (ex: payment on January 15th covers February classes).  You may cancel your class registration at any time by providing written notice to: by 5pm on the 14th of each month (no exceptions to this deadline will be made).  Please do not provide notice over the phone or via voicemail as this will not be sufficient notice to cancel your registration.  You can register/re-register for classes at any time, but please note that class spots are filled on a rolling basis and cannot be temporarily reserved or held for skipped months. 

We have scheduled a dedicated make-up session each month to accommodate children who have missed classes throughout the month (including absences due to illness or other reasons and classes cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons outside of our control).  Monthly make-up sessions will be held on a weekend at the end of each month (exact dates and times to be announced in advance).  Please give us advance notice if you plan to attend this make-up session as drop-ins will not be permitted.  If you are unable to attend the scheduled make-up session or miss multiple classes, please contact us for other make-up options.  We will not prorate monthly payments for planned absences or issue credits, refunds or exchanges for classes that are not made up in the month they are missed.

In the event of a mandated gym closure (by Federal or NYS Goverment for Covid-19 reasons or otherwise), all future payments for monthly memberships will be automatically frozen.  If we close in the middle of the month, the rest of the month's classes will be held virtually (and our virtual classes are really fun - we ran over two months of virtual classes during quarantine with lots of ninjas in attendance).  If payment has already been made for the upcoming month that has not started, your account will be credited and your registration will roll over and be re-activated immediately upon our reopening.  No refunds will be given.
