OPEN GYM AND ADULT SESSIONS
Please be sure to sign our waiver before you arrive and wear appropriate activewear clothing and sneakers! If your plans change and you can no longer attend a drop-in session, please be sure to cancel your session at least 48 hours in advance to receive credit for a future session. No refunds or exchanges will be given for late cancellations or missed sessions.
Our drop-in sessions are a great way to get in some extra ninja time and practice your skills!
Preregistration is required for all programs- no walk-ins are allowed.
Open Gym: These fun-filled sessions feature tons of obstacles and ninja challenges! Our coaches will be at designated stations to make sure all ninjas are having a fun and safe time. Ages 5 and up.
Intro To Parkour: Improve your body awareness, efficiency of movement and balance as you learn the fundamental skills of jumping, running, rolling and climbing that form the foundation of this super fun discipline. Ages 5 and up.
Adult Open Gym: Check out our coolest and newest obstacles with a new set-up each session. All levels welcome, ages 15 and up.
